Adult Mental Health Services include case management services to adults in Chippewa County with a serious and persistent mental illness. The focus of these services is to help individuals thrive in their communities, maintaining stability and maximizing self-sufficiency.
Case Management
Case management services are available to help adults with serious and persistent mental illness gain access to needed medical, social, educational, vocational, and other necessary services. Case management includes the development of a community support plan, referrals to necessary services, including mental health services, coordination with service providers, and monitoring the delivery of services.

Mental health crisis response team responds to adults, youth and families in their home or community locations or via tele-health if preferred.
