PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners of Chippewa County, Minnesota, sitting as the drainage authority for Lateral to Branch 3 to Lateral D of County Ditch #22, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.401, shall hold a public hearing on the petition of Gary Gades to use Lateral to Branch 3 to Lateral D of County Ditch #22  as an outlet for drainage. The petition requests authority to use Lateral to Branch 3 to Lateral D of County Ditch #22 as an outlet for drainage from the following properties:  12-023-4200.  The hearing shall be held at 11:00 a.m. on November 28, 2023, in the Board Room at the Chippewa County Courthouse, 629 N 11th St, Montevideo, MN 56265.
